Smile Makers: A night of Champagne, Macaroons and Girl Talk [Sponsored Post]

A few days back, I was invited to a very interesting event held at Marina Mandarin Presidential Suite.

Smile Makers did a successful launch of their lubricant in a non-intimidating way with a bedside talk to learn more about the ingredients used, how to choose a good lubricant, and how to pair it up with their personal massagers. *wink*

During the session, we learnt that the mission of Smile Makers personal lubricants is very simple – to give women a product that they will really love, made with the best ingredients. In fact, they view their lubricants as a form of skincare for the most intimate area (which is why... to be honest... I first that it was a new skincare branch launch)!

Water-based, pH-optimal, and made strictly with the highest purity of ingredients available, the full range is completely paraben-free and fragrance-free, and also compatible with condoms and any silicone massagers.

What really made me feel like these lubricants really unique is that they have a natural plant extract, which acts as a natural anti-irritant and regenerates the skin; and a new ingredient imported from France which helps create smooth slipperiness and a silky feeling after use commonly mentioned as causes of dissatisfaction.

And to match the formulation in quality, the luxurious packaging is designed by Smile Makers award-winning designer, the creative mind behind SK-‐II, Gucci, and D&G’s elegant fragrance bottles, which resulted in this elegant packaging that can be placed on our vanity table without looking like what it really is. Smart.

Smile Makers personal lubricants are available in three different versions,
so that everyone can find their personal favorite:

Little Light Liquid
As light as a feather, this lubricant is formulated  for a natural sensation.

Stay Silky Serum
Silky and soft, this soothing lubricant instantly nourishes  for a smoother, velvety feel.

Generous Gel
Rich and luxuriously textured, this ultra-sensorial lubricant  provides the right amount of cushioning

Personal Thought

To be honest, I went to this event assuming it was about skincare but after I found out the truth, I headed there with the thought of if it can be used for menstrual cups.

But on the whole, this is also the first time I've come across lubricants with varying consistency.
That being said, on the whole, all 3 have similar "finish", it leaves a silky wetness and I was sold with  the fancy packaging with an ingredients list that consist of only 5 ingredients (A short list is always good) and the simple fact that it is paraben-free.

I will be posting a video on this soon with menstrual cups and I will be having an exciting giveaway soon! So stay tune~!
